Identity Theft Protection Policy

We will never send e-mails asking you to provide, update, or verify personal or account information such as passwords, social security numbers, PINs, credit or debit card numbers, or other confidential information.

Contact us immediately by calling toll-free 1-800-298-1763 and ask for the Identity Theft Department if you think one of your AmeriFirst accounts or services has been compromised.

If you become a victim of identity theft, contact the fraud departments of the three major credit bureaus, contact the creditors or bank for any accounts that have been tampered with, and file a report with your local police where the identity theft took place.
